I’m Going To YouTube! Challenge Accepted, VEDA.

Hey everyone! It has been an awesome (almost) month since I started this blog. I officially launched Blerdabytes on March 5th, and I haven’t looked back since.

Blogging was something that I’ve always wanted to get into, and consistently maintaining a blog was always a goal of mine. Sooooo, I finally did it! And it’s honestly thanks to you all that I have made it this far. The sense of community and support that I’ve felt since coming here has been UNbelievable!! Every little visit and view keeps me coming back for more, and I can’t wait to grow even more with you all!

And part of that growth will be me taking this blog to other platforms. In this case, Youtube.

On Sunday, the month of April starts, and so does my journey on Youtube. I will be participating in VEDA, or vlog everyday in April. It will be a challenge to shoot, edit, and upload a video each day for 30 days straight, but I’m ready!

I know that participating in VEDA will make me, not only, a better YouTuber, but a better creative as well. I’m looking forward to making videos (that aren’t for a grade) and seeing what sort of audiences they attract and how receptive the world is to my Black Girl Nerd adventures. Making a YouTube channel is something that I’ve wanted to do for well over a decade, so wish me luck!
