Hey there! Welcome to my little corner of the Internet!

I wish life was one big convention (without all of the gross parts, of course), but sadly, it is not. So, I’ve decided to, instead, bring the party to the Internet!

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking that one weekend isn’t enough to spew all of your hot takes on Hunter x Hunter, or that if you could just have one more match with the number one seed in the Smash tourney, you would show the world what you’re truly about, then you’ve come to the right place. And if you’ve ever yelled at a Korean drama because of how bizarrely the characters are behaving, or cried to Sailor Moon transformations, you’re also in the right place.

I want to use this site as a place for fans of pop culture, no matter the medium (television, movies, comics, manga, anime, video games, the list goes on), to gather and have their voices be heard, especially the more marginalized communities. Yeah, my name is on this site, but this is a safe space for everyone! And everyone is welcome here. You don’t have to look a certain way to enjoy cartoons and K-pop. It is NOT that serious, so if you’re a gatekeeper, don’t even bother hanging around.

I’ve been consuming various forms of popular culture for decades, and I want this site to reflect my thoughts and opinions on the content that I’ve consumed over this period. Sometimes, I’ll take a more critical approach, while other times, I’ll be more laid-back and (hopefully) humorous. Just like different forms of media exist for different reasons, I want my approach to this media to be just as varied. I don’t claim to know everything that there is to know about anything, and I believe that everyone is entitled to their (unharmful) opinions. Just like you all, I’m still learning and consuming new content all the time. We don’t judge people here!
